Version Release Checklist

1. Update release_notes.txt: yyyy-mm-dd : what is new in this version.
   
   
2. Update date in jad: yyyy-mm-dd.
   
   
3. Test on N95: note points for testing on other devices.
   
   
4. Update test_script.txt: yyyy-mm-dd, add/remove tests, amend instructions.
   
   
5. Upload version to server: check prototype archive entry, javadoc, cs-report.
   
   
6. Test the released jar on N95: submit test report, verify it in test archive.
