Unfortunately this site cannot be viewed with any browser; the following is required:

1) You are working on a Windows PC, this has been tested on Windows 95, Windows 98 Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows NT4.

2) You are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 (or higher).

3) The Microsoft XML Parser version 3.0 is installed on your computer.
     To do this, download and run The MSXML Parser Update and Integration - only once steps 1 and 2 are correct.
     After the installation, close this browser window and return to the BOSS site.

     Notes: If you choose to run the program from its current location (and not save to disk), ignore the Security Warning and click 'Yes'.
                 If during installation an error beginning with 'Error creating process' is shown, you will also need to install Microsoft's Installer 1.1 Update:
                      Windows 95 or 98 users click here for the Installer 1.1 Update
                      Windows NT4 users click here for the Installer 1.1 Update

You have the correct Microsoft XML Parser installed.
However, you need to run the tool xmlinst to allow Internet Explorer to use the parser (when asked, choose to run or open the file from its current location).
