Some of our laboratory facilities.
DEPARTMENTAL LABORATORIES
The Department has a number of specialist computing laboratories with over 200 computers available for students. Specifications in each laboratory may be slightly different, however, you should always be able to find a spare machine for your courswork/assignments. All Computing laboratories are provided by Informatics Technical Support services. Further details of laboratory computing equipment, hardware and software can be found on the School of Informatics website

There are also a number of additional laboratories that are available for lectures and project work. Computing students also have access to other specialist multimedia and animation facilities in the School of Informatics.
